ITPQ
The ITPQ is not a psychometric questionnaire. It does not attempt to measure any facet related to individuals, nor is it constructed in a conventional psychometric manner. The ITPQ is a questionnaire aimed at identifying the types of behaviors or roles that are most likely to lead to team success.

MTR-i
The MTR-i questionnaire helps individuals to identify which mental muscles they are currently using most, which may be different from their preference. It therefore indicates what type of contribution people are making to their work team. To do this, either an individual themselves or raters of a nominated person are asked to apportion points between eight questions in six separate categories. For situations other than an individual completing the assessment this is done by asking other people in the team to take the assessment on a 360-degree feedback basis and gain group perspective on their preferred style. As a rater, the task is therefore to make a best estimate of what you think a team mate may prefer to do or think the most in terms of the questionnaire statements offered.
