While Enterprise Pulse™ - Training Needs Survey simplifies the process of creating and administering surveys, some of our customers may require a certain amount of customization to better meet their specific needs. For this reason, the Survey system allows the enterprise to change or replace one question in each of the categories (a total of 12 questions), without any additional cost. This allows enterprises to easily incorporate questions that may be specific to their organization or industry. In addition, the system incorporates the facility to easily specify demographics that are of interest or relevant to the particular enterprise. This may include such things as specific department names or office locations, cost center codes or other demographics of choice. This function (which needs to be set up before the survey is distributed for completion) allows the enterprise to generate reports, based on a specific demographic, within minutes.
