Situational
Communication™
Situational Communication™ is a completely new program
in the Situational Leadership® family and was developed
by the Australasian Centre for Leadership Studies (a subsidiary
of Worldwide Center for Organizational Development) in conjunction
with the Center for Leadership Studies in the USA (the originators
of Situational Leadership®). It is designed to help you
get the most out of every communication interaction you are
involved in and is available as a 1 day public course, or
an in-house program. A 2 day trainer certification program
is also available.
