Janus
The Janus assessment system aimed mainly at assisting in individual performance management, is a large-scale competency based diagnostic process that allows individuals to select competency categories to build into a single questionnaire and then apply the tool as a self, 180 or 360 degree feedback process.

The Janus system offers a full generic competency based performance diagnosis system to help structure individual development (both personally and professionally). This system uses 36 broadly based competencies from which individuals and their supervisors/ managers choose the ones that are most relevant and critical to future job performance (allowing a minimum of three and maximum of ten competencies to be chosen).

Each of the competencies is clearly defined, and already has a suite of six questions that help to rate whether or not individuals demonstrate this competency. In addition the system contains extensive coaching notes on each competency (and its individual questions) as well as general development/ improvement suggestions.
