Center for Organizational Development is a major training
and certification Center for a range of world class organizational
Development assessment processes. This includes many of the
assessment processes described elsewhere on this web site.

In
all cases, certification programs come with extensive support
documentation for participants to take away as well as the
free use of relevant on-line and peer based diagnostic tools.
These processes and the certification course that supports

Diagnosis
based organizational excellence
This course is a major umbrella program, which looks at a
range of diagnostic based processes and their application
to individuals, teams and whole enterprises. It also provides
an overview of the organizational Development theories that
underpin many of the most popular diagnostic assessment processes
that are used in internal and external management consulting
work. This public certification program runs for 3 days.

MAP
(managerial assessment of proficiency)
MAP is a complete management Development/assessment Center
system using video scenarios to help measure managerial proficiency.
Once results are know, an extensive series of video based
packages (called excel) are available to develop managerial
skills improvement. This course is offered to allow individuals
to directly participate in the MAP assessment process for
themselves and build a personal management Development action
plan. This public certification program runs for 2 days at
a cost of $695 per person.

Situational
Leadership®
Situational Leadership® helps managers and/or supervisors
understand how people are influenced and how the principles
of the program can be used to develop strategies for increasing
your organization's productivity and improving the quality
of your manager's effectiveness. By focusing on the skills
necessary to constructively influence employees, Situational
Leadership® complements and strengthens any existing management
system. Public course are run on a regular basis in various
locations and a 3 day Trainer certification program is also
available.

Situational
Communication™ is a completely new program in the Situational
Leadership® family. It is designed to help you get the
most out of every communication interaction you are involved
in and is available as a 1 day public course, or an in-house

Psychological
Type Indicator (PTI)
The Psychological Type Indicator (PTI) is a carefully crafted
personality measurement tool that is designed to give individuals
guidance about their psychological (Jungian) type using the
sixteen types (INTJ, ENTP, etc) first postulated by Carl Jung.
The focus of the PTI is on providing individuals themselves,
their managers and those who train them, with an understanding
of personality and its effect on performance both inside and
beyond the workplace. This course gives individuals a broad
grounding in Jungian based personality theory and a detailed
insight into the assessment process. This public certification
program runs for 4 days (2 days basic, 2 days advanced) (with
additional certification programs available).

MTRi
(team types indicator)®
The MTR-i® is a team-roles model
and questionnaire that identifies eight new team roles that
try to show what kind of contribution is being made to the
team by each individual. Unlike other Myers Briggs Type Indicators
(MTBI), the MTR-i team roles change from situation to situation,
in accordance with the demands of the environment. This course
gives individuals a broad grounding in Jungian based personality
theory (particularly as it relates to teams) and a detailed
insight into the assessment process. This public certification
program runs for 3 days at a cost of $1,500 per person (with
additional certification programs available).

Circumnavigator™
Circumnavigator™
is a totally flexible 360-degree assessment for individuals,
teams and an entire enterprise, using questions of their choice,
rating scales of their own design and rater types of their
choosing. This assessment tool allows individuals to either
build an assessment from an extensive existing library or
build your own from scratch. This course showcases the power
and scope of the system and helps people to set up customised
360 degree feedback assessments properly at the outset including
the management of feedback. This public certification program
runs for 2 days.

Insight
inventory
The INSIGHT Inventory is an easy-to-use, self-scoreable personal
style inventory that gives participants a positive way to
learn more about themselves, discover their personal strengths,
and improve their communication skills. This course gives
individuals a broad grounding in trait based personality theory
and a detailed insight in the assessment process. This includes
an overview of the core assessment process and its application
in several specialized areas such as Selling with Insight,
Interviewing with Insight and Teambuilding with Insight. This
public certification program runs for 2 days.

Enterprise
Pulse™
Based on 10 years of research, Enterprise Pulse™ offers
a comprehensive and well proven survey system to gather employee
opinions on a range of subject areas that are seen to be critical
to the overall performance of any organization. This course
gives individuals a broad grounding in survey theory and a
detailed insight into the assessment process. This includes
how to design and set up any survey to be successful at the
outset. This public certification program runs for 2 days.

Janus
Performance Management system (JPMS)
The Janus Performance Management system (JPMS)is a major,
fully integrated paper-based and online resource package for
any individual that is looking to get more out of the process
and to achieve better long term results-for themselves, the
team and the organization of which they are a part as a whole.
JPMS offers individuals a full suite of support modules to
help each stage of the process flow smoothly from initial
motivation to succeed and goal setting, to effective coaching
and feedback giving and finally to end of cycle review discussions
and career action planning. In addition, Janus includes a
full self, 180 degree and 360 degree feedback assessment system
that is tailored to each individual's required competencies
(drawn from an extensive library of 36 competencies that are
described within the Janus system).

Personal
skills Leader (PS Leader)
PS
Leader guides participants through 82 behavior based questions,
but asking for responses in two independent but related scales.
Firstly individuals and their raters when completing the 360-degree
version of the assessment are asked to indicate the required
proficiency of the behavior before then asking for perceived
current proficiency. This course gives individuals a broad
grounding in the underpinning leadership competency theory
and a detailed insight into the assessment process. This public
certification program runs for 1 day.

Assessment for everyone (SAFE)
Based on over 5 years of research, S.A.F.E offers a comprehensive
and well proven survey system to gather employee opinions
on current occupational health and safety performance in order
to identify key areas of priority to lift performance in the
future. This comprehensive course gives individuals a thorough
grounding in all 10 elements of the SAFE system and detailed
training in the SAFE audit process This public certification
program runs for 2 days .
